Manpower Agency FAQ (Malaysia)

1. General Questions

A: We provide end-to-end manpower solutions including worker sourcing, screening, documentation, quota application, work permit processing, and post-deployment support.

A: We serve key sectors such as manufacturing, construction, plantation, services, and hospitality. Custom recruitment solutions are available based on client needs.

A: Yes. We recruit local Malaysian talent as well as foreign workers from approved source countries in compliance with Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) guidelines.

A: Yes. We are a licensed Private Employment Agency under the Private Employment Agencies Act 1981, approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) and the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) via our affliates.
2. For Employers / Clients

A: Our process includes:

  • Client consultation to understand requirements.
  • Sourcing candidates from our network.
  • Screening and shortlisting.
  • Managing quota application and work permit processing.
  • Deployment and onboarding of workers.

A: Deployment time depends on quota approval, worker availability, and medical/immigration clearance. On average, foreign worker deployment takes 6–12 weeks from approval.

A: We provide a transparent cost breakdown including government levies, medical, insurance, and service fees. No hidden charges are applied. A formal quotation is provided for client approval.

A: Yes. We manage the entire process including quota applications, visa approvals, and work permit renewals, ensuring full compliance with Malaysian regulations.

A: Yes. We offer a replacement policy subject to the terms of our service agreement.

A: We conduct background checks, skills assessments, and medical screening. We also work only with approved source-country agencies to ensure ethical recruitment.
3. For Job Seekers / Workers

A: You can apply by submitting your details through our website, visiting our office, or contacting us via WhatsApp.

A: We recruit from MOHR-approved source countries such as Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, India, and others, depending on sector and client requirements.

A: Jobs are available in manufacturing, construction, services, plantation, and hospitality sectors.

A: A: We provide post-deployment support including contract clarification, welfare monitoring, and assistance in case of disputes or emergencies.

A: Workers can contact our grievance hotline or visit our office to report issues. We also provide assistance for lodging complaints with the Labour Department (JTK) if required.
4. Compliance & Legal

A: We hold a valid Private Employment Agency License via our affliate and this is issued by the Department of Labour (Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Semenanjung Malaysia) and are authorized under MOHA/MOHR guidelines.

A: We ensure workers are deployed under fair contracts with clear terms and conditions.

A: All personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. We use secure systems to store and protect data from unauthorized access.
5. Practical & Contact
